Dale Mosley

HR Project Manager & HR Consultant

Dale is a human resources project manager with LIHR, a Certified Human Resources Professional, and has earned certifications in human resources management from Lambton College and project management from Algonquin College. Dale has extensive progressive experience in human resources in unionized environments, focusing on Employee and Labour Relations, Learning and Organizational Development, and Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Dale prides himself on fostering interest-based relationship practices to help businesses maintain harmonized work environments between management and employees. He also has over 20 years of experience mediating and facilitating conversation, conducting needs analysis and research, and delivering impactful training sessions.

Dale also has extensive experience in grant writing, securing over 15 million dollars in grant funding to improve local communities. Additionally, Dale is a provincial expert on the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and has received several provincial awards in this area.

Dale enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering as a soccer coach and on the Sarnia FC soccer club board, playing sports such as basketball and volleyball, and spending time near the water.

Dave is LIHR’s office manager and brings a unique background to the role. Dave has a Radio Broadcasting Diploma from Humber College and earned a certificate through the Management Program at the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto. Prior to joining the LIHR team, Dave spent 20 years in customer relations, marketing & project management and business development and these skills ensure the office is running smoothly and that our clients and community know what the LIHR team is up to.

Dave is the unofficial team motivator at LIHR and also the sales lead for our Way We Do software, so you may see him on a sales call. Dave is also proudly ClickUp Certified and can help anyone set up their projects in an expert fashion.

​

When Dave is not busy at LIHR he enjoys spending time with his kids and family, kayaking and being outdoors, and spending time with his dog Pugsley (the Pug). Dave believes that working for a business led by and staffed by strong women is setting a good example for his two daughters.
